Krispy Kreme is celebrating the Fourth of July in a big manner this year. Not only is the doughnut shop launching its new Star Spangled Sweetness Collection, but they are also handing out free doughnuts.
To get your free doughnut, simply show up to a participating Krispy Kreme on July 4 dressed in red, white, and blue. Your national outfit will get you a free Original Glaze doughnut from the store.

And if your sweet tooth demands more, we recommend the Star Spangled Sweetness Collection. Krispy Kreme’s limited-edition release will include two new doughnuts and a returning classic.
The collection contains:
- Firework Cookies & Kreme Filled Doughnut (New): A plain doughnut filled with Cookies & Kreme, hand-dipped in red icing, and topped with a blue icing swirl and rocket candy piece.
- Cotton Candy Sparkler Doughnut (New): An original glazed doughnut hand-dipped in blue frosting and cotton candy sugar, then garnished with white and red buttercream dollops.
- The Freedom Flag Doughnut is an original glazed doughnut that has been hand-dipped in white frosting and garnished with patriotic red icing stripes and blue and gold sprinkles.
“Our Star Spangled Sweetness doughnuts make celebrating Independence Day of United States sweeter than ever, from backyard barbecues to neighborhood parades,” said Dave Skena, Krispy Kreme’s Global Chief Brand Officer, in a statement.
Although the Fourth of July is still a few days away, the Star-Spangled Sweetness Collection is available starting today!
